Vans, diggers, building and farm equipment, party gear, two-wheelers, boats: the independent renter gets a booking and fleet-management tool under their own name.
The problem
The big rental chains have a website, a planning tool and branches everywhere. The independent renter takes bookings by phone and on a notebook or a spreadsheet: evening and weekend requests are missed, and nobody can see what is free.
With VivaLocation, the customer picks their dates, sees what is available and the price, books and pays the deposit straight to the renter.
What it brings
- A planning per machine
- Each vehicle or piece of equipment has its own calendar: what is free on the chosen dates shows up by itself, with a rate that follows the length of the rental.
- From quote to return
- PDF contract, uploaded driving licence, a card-imprint deposit released on return, and a condition report with photos and mileage at pick-up and return.
- Individuals and businesses
- Business customers get an account with a negotiated rate and payment on invoice; the company number is checked. The site reads in French and English.
Who it is for
Independent renters: a fleet of vans, a mini-digger, building equipment, a stock of party gear. Accommodation and event venues are not covered.
- Where we are. VivaLocation runs on a demo with a fictitious renter; the preview above comes from it. No real renter is connected yet.
- Payment. The customer pays into the renter's own Stripe account, with no intermediary: the platform never handles the rental money.
