Vivacomptoir, online ordering for neighbourhood shops.

An online menu under the shop's own name. Customers order through its link, and the payment goes straight to the shop.

Vivacomptoir on a phone: the online shop of a late-night grocery that delivers from 6 pm to 6 am.

The problem

Delivery platforms take a commission on every order and keep the relationship with the customer: that is where the customer finds their history and their habits.

With Vivacomptoir, the customer orders from the shop, through its own link, and the order arrives directly with the shop.

What it brings

Your name, your link
An online menu in the image of your shop, which you share on Google, on social media or at the counter.
3%, not 30%
3% excl. VAT of the orders placed through the link, with no subscription and no minimum. The customer pays the shop directly: the commission is invoiced separately, at the end of the month.
Stock and delivery
Orders arrive written down, stock updates with every sale, the restocking list builds itself and the evening's deliveries are followed on a single screen.

Who it is for

For neighbourhood shops that take orders: late-night grocers, off-licences, convenience stores, takeaways. For age-restricted products, an age check is planned.

  • Where we are. Vivacomptoir is live: the preview above is taken from its late-night grocery demo, Nuit Paris, which anyone can try. Pricing is on vivacomptoir.fr.
  • Payment. Payment on delivery works today; online payment, through the shop's own SumUp or Stripe account, is in preparation.
  • Try it. Ask for a demo on vivacomptoir.fr, or write to us: we answer personally.
