Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This site collects as little as possible. This page says what we do with your data when you write to us, and what we do not do.

Who is responsible

VIVAMATA, a company being incorporated, represented by its two partners, David and Stéphane. For any question about your data: contact@vivamata.com.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form:

  • your name and e-mail address (required);
  • your company and the subject of your request (optional);
  • your message, and the person you address it to.

To this we add the language and the page the message was sent from. To limit abusive submissions, we compute a fingerprint of your IP address: it is not kept in the clear and disappears after 24 hours.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to you. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form. We do not use this data for automated marketing, a newsletter, or anything other than this exchange.

Who has access

The partners, and the technical providers that carry or store the message on our behalf:

  • OVH (France): hosting of the site and of the mailboxes;
  • Brevo (France): sending the acknowledgement you receive;
  • Telegram: an internal notification to the partners, which contains the text of your message;
  • our automation server (n8n, hosted by us): it passes the message on to the services above and keeps a technical trace of the sending, automatically deleted after 72 hours.

We neither sell nor rent your data. Telegram being a service established outside the European Union, if that concerns you, write to us directly at one of our e-mail addresses rather than through the form.

For how long

Messages are kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. A message that leads nowhere (spam, a question with no purpose) is deleted sooner.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing or object to it, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@vivamata.com. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and includes no advertising services. It only remembers, in your browser, your choice of light or dark theme: that preference stays on your device and is never sent to us.

To know which pages are read, we use Plausible, a cookie-free analytics tool that we host ourselves in France. It counts visits in aggregate (page viewed, referring site, country, device type) without identifying you or following you from site to site: your IP address is not stored. These statistics are shared with no one.

Like any web server, ours records the IP address and the requested page in technical logs, for security and troubleshooting. These logs are deleted after about fifteen days.
