Who it is for: holiday-let owners who sell direct.
What it solves: bookings, contracts, deposits and planning in one place, no spreadsheet.
An owner's day screen: arrivals, departures, overdue payments to handle (public demo, made-up names).
Local ordering platform
Who it is for: people living in small towns in the Hérault, and the restaurants, caterers and shops there that deliver or sell for takeaway.
What it solves: ordering close to home, for delivery or takeaway, directly from the shop. One showcase per town, opening town by town.

Software for concierge services
Who it is for: short-let concierge services that organise cleaning across several properties and several cleaners.
What it solves: Airbnb, Booking and Abritel calendars become cleaning jobs, shared out among cleaners and sent to their phones, with no re-typing.

Hérault · 11 cottages
The context: eleven cottages let all year round, managed with a paper planner and a customer file.
What we put in place: a tool that brings together bookings, contracts, deposits and today's arrivals, and the estate's website. Holifolio grew out of this work.
